“Tattoo You” 40th Anniversary Release

For the 40th Anniversary of the Stones iconic album “Tattoo You” Blunt Action was brought on to create the visuals utilized in the announcement of their re-released. In collaboration with The Rolling Stones we sculpted Mic and Keith’s heads from scratch using Zbrush. From there we animated the tattoo’s moving across their face. In a cinematic type of way we got close up shots of the face to show. To take visual to the next level we animated an abstract multi color tattoo design on their faces.

We had the pleasure of working with the Stone’s on some promo art for the release of their new album “Hackney Diamonds”. In this one we created some unique AR videos that recreate the new logo using diamonds. The diamonds fly out of the NYC subway and form the logo in an aesthetic eye-catchy fashion.
